PVA422 is a partially saponified, polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH). It has uniform chemical

                                        structure and shows great adhesion, It provides extension of the open time,
                                        flatness during storage under fluctuating air humidity. It offers minimal blocking
                                        tendency even in high air humidity and fast setting after reactivation.

                                        Application:

                                        It is used as a water-activated adhesive raw material. It can also be used as a protective
                                        colloid which can influence the particle size distribution,viscosity, stability to stirring
                                        freeze/thaw stability,pigment compatibility & electrolyte stability. It is recommended
                                        for gumming of paper on the reverse side (e.g postage stamps and labels), coatings
                                        and envelopes. It is suitable for modification of emulsion adhesives. Aqueous solutions
                                        of PVA422 can be added to polymer emulsions that are already stabilized with polyvinyl
                                        alcohol.
