This is a kind of siloxaneand acetylenic diol compounded defoamer, mainly used in emulsified oils (mineral oil based), semi-synthetic fluid and synthetic liquid, providing quick defoaming, long-lasting antifoaming without floating oil and floc. This series of defoaming agent shows excellent rinsing property in industrial cleaning/rinseand spraying processwithout flawafter rinsing.

3. Application
Fully synthetic metal working fluids
Emulsified oils (mineral oil based) liquid metal processing
Semi-synthetic(high content of mineral oil) liquid metal processing
Semi-synthetic (ester / vegetable oil based) liquid metal processing
4.Method of use
Initial proposal was (according to the formula of weight) between 0.1-0.5%. Optimal concentration levels should be determined by running a ladder study.
5.Storage and Packing
Store in a cool, ventilated and dry place at room temperature to prevent strong light irradiation. The shelf life of the product is around 25℃ for 12 months from the date of production.
Finished product packaging: 25KG, 200KG, 1000KG or negotiated packaging.
