1. Product Description
WF-301 is a new type of fluoride silicone defoamer which researched and developed by our company that can eliminate stubborn type bubble caused by many kinds of surfactants. It has a good performance with a very low concentration, as well as a stable antifoaming performance with extreme PH condition (strong acid, strong base, high temperature). To adapt to the requirements of all kinds of washing machine and particularly applicable to the high temperature spray cleaning industry. Meanwhile, it also used for all kinds of antifoaming water system of cutting, grinding fluid, cooling liquid.
2. Product Features
●High temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, can be used for chemical metal mold cleaning, metal cleaning agent
●Under the same conditions of defoaming and foaming inhibition, this product has little effect on the transparency of metal working liquid
●Good dispersion and compatibility in various formulations of metal working fluids
●Good defoaming and anti-foaming performance under different temperature conditions, and keeps excellent defoaming and anti-foaming performance under low temperature
● More economical to use and can achieve the same defoaming and defoaming effect with lower addition amount

4. Method of application
It can be added directly or diluted properly added in different water systems，general amount is 0.5‰～3‰, the actual amount should be determined according to the tests result.
5. Precautions
If freezed in the process of transportation and storage, it should be use after natural thaw and stir well.
6. Package and Storage
Use 200kgs, 1000kgs packages, or negotiated packages. Sealed and stock under room temperature, away from light. Avoid the defoamer exposed to extremely cold or hot environment. Shelf life is 1 year.
7. Security
Avoid contact with eyes and respiratory system. Once happen, please wash with lots of clear water, to see a doctor is necessary if the situation is serious.
