1.Product description
The product is a high PH liquid which can remove organic matter, colloid, microorganisms, bacteria and particulate matter, it is suitable for aromatic polyamide reverse osmosis membrane, acetate membrane, hollow fiber membrane, nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF), good cleaning effect, can prolong the service life of membrane, reduce running cost.

4. Method of use
●Check and flush the entire RO cleaning system to keep it clean;
●Before cleaning, it is necessary to basically clarify the type of RO membrane element that is contaminated and the cause of this contamination;
●After cleaning, the causes of pollution should be analyzed, and the corresponding pretreatment and defense measures should be made;
●In the cleaning process, the temperature of the cleaning liquid should always be kept within the required temperature range (25 ~ 35℃);
●Cleaning flow should be the recommended value of the membrane manufacturer or pharmaceutical supplier, in addition, the flow of large and small and the length of immersion time should be determined according to the type and degree of pollution of the membrane components;
●Multi-stage RO system, each section should be cleaned separately to obtain better results, if the lotion becomes turbid or the pH value exceeds the recommended range, the lotion or cleaning agent need to be reformulated, the system must be flushed with RO produced water before re-use.
The product is generally added to the concentration of 2~4%, usually the agent is added to the cleaning box. Before use, calculate a suitable dosing concentration according to the water quality analysis report and system condition.
5.Storage and Packing
Store in a cool, ventilated and dry place at room temperature to prevent strong light irradiation. The shelf life of the product is around 25℃for 12 months from the date of production.
Packing: 25kg or 20kg plastic drum.
6.Safety protection
Pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc., rinse with plenty of water after contact.
