The product description

This product is a one-component silicone elastomer that can be cured by contact with moisture in the air at room temperature.

 Dealcoholized, neutral

 Not flowing, thixotropic

 White, black, gray

 Self-adhesive (no primer)

Product advantages

As a room temperature neutral curing elastomer can be used to ensure that the neutral, non-corrosive metal (such as copper) electronic components.

This product is developed for professional customers. As an elastic adhesive, it can be used for sealing and bonding between different materials with thermal stress, such as glass, metal or plastic with high thermal stability.

2. When curing

This product starts to solidify after contact with moisture in the air. The curing rate increases with increasing temperature and humidity.

After 14 days of curing at 23℃×50%RH, the shear strength of 1mm specimen thickness at the joint was obtained according to the standard NM748.

This product can also be a bottomless coating bonding a variety of substrates such as: enamel, spray steel, cast iron, and are 100% cohesive destruction.

Product process

This product can be "ready to use", so the use process is relatively simple. It can be operated manually or automatically by equipment.

The product is applied to one of the two joint surfaces to be bonded before the skin is formed.

It is recommended to apply this product on a clean and dry surface. Do not apply immediate pressure to the joint.
