WF-103 PVA Defoamer
1. Product Description
WF-103 is a special process refined into a modified polyether silicon defoamer, which has good thermal stability and chemical stability, can produce stable unbalanced surface tension in the foam, control the foam in the whole production process, eliminate all kinds of small bubbles, improve product quality. It is an efficient product with durable foam suppression and rapid defoaming properties. Especially for small bubbles which has a rapid defoaming effect.

● Good water solubility, high transparency, does not affect product transparency.
● Strong ability of defoaming, fast speed of bubble breaking, long time foam suppression.
● No shrinkage cavity, and good stability.
● Can eliminate foam from systems containing polyvinyl alcohol

4. Method of use
WF-103 defoamer is mainly used to control the foam in the production of PVA. Dosage is decided according to your circumstance! The general dosage is 0.1~0.8%5. Precautions.
In case freeze took place during transportation and storage, the defoamer should be unfreeze naturally, and stirred evenly before use.
5. Package and Storage
Use 200kgs, 1000kgs packages, or negotiated packages. Sealed and stock under room temperature, away from light. Avoid the defoamer exposed to extremely cold or hot environment. Shelf life is 1 year.
6. Security
Avoid contact with eyes and respiratory system. Once happen, please wash with lots of clear water, to see a doctor is necessary if the situation is serious.
