Modified iron oxide desulphurisation agent
Room-temperature iron oxide desulphurisation agent, also known as iron oxide desulphurisation granules, is a high-performance room-temperature desulphurisation agent manufactured using iron oxide as the primary active component, with the addition of various catalysts. It is characterised by a high sulphur capacity, high purification efficiency, good mechanical strength, resistance to sludging when exposed to water, and ease of regeneration.
1. Product Description
Room-temperature iron oxide desulphurisation agent, also known as iron oxide desulphurisation granules, is a high-performance room-temperature desulphurisation agent manufactured using iron oxide as the primary active component, with the addition of various catalysts. It features a high sulphur capacity, high purification efficiency, good mechanical strength, resistance to sludging when exposed to water, and ease of regeneration. It is suitable for the removal of hydrogen sulphide from biogas, natural gas, town gas, water gas, semi-water gas, coke oven gas and other gases.
2. Application
It is suitable for the precise removal of H₂S from various gases, including natural gas, water gas, biogas, semi-water gas, air gas, coke oven gas, shift gas, food-grade CO₂, and waste gases, thereby protecting valuable catalysts in downstream processes.
3. Features
(1) High desulphurisation efficiency: When the inlet H₂S concentration is 10,000 ppm, the outlet H₂S concentration is <0.1 ppm.
(2) Rapid reaction rate: Gas space velocity can exceed 1,000 h⁻¹ (liquid space velocity is 5 h⁻¹).
(3) High working sulphur capacity: The sulphur capacity for single-pass H₂S removal can reach 15%.
(4) Good strength and water resistance. No powdering occurs after 24 hours of boiling or 30 days of immersion; strength remains unchanged after 100 cycles of rapid pressurisation and depressurisation at 12 MPa.
(5) Wide operating temperature range.
